CASSAVA CAKE

 Ingredients (Serves 4)
  • 2 packs (16 oz/454 g) frozen grated cassava 
  • 2 cans (14 oz/400 ml) Aroy-D coconut milk 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1½ cups sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Procedures

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a baking dish. 
  2. Bake for 1½ hours at 350°F. 
  3. Take out and let cool. 
  4. Cut into small slices and serve.
